Since the beginning of our work under the heading of ‘Pentecost Revival Centre’ in 1968, we have seen many amazing events occur that demonstrate the saving, healing and miraculous power of the Lord Jesus Christ. Whilst we are carrying out His commission according to God’s Word, we are the first to admit that we are not a perfect church by any means, and that those whom God has placed amongst us as leaders are as human and fallible as anyone else. During the history of these assemblies, any sin which occurred, whether before or after salvation, was handled discreetly, scripturally and with much Godly fear. When a person clearly understands that Jesus Christ came to earth and died for sinners, he will do his utmost for the reconciliation of every person unto Christ.

"And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation" (2 CORINTHIANS 5:18).

"But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick. But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance" (MATTHEW 9:12-13).

This is clearly the mentality of God and it has always been the approach of these assemblies to spare members from having the finger of judgmental brethren, either in or outside these assemblies, being pointed at them. The Gracious Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ covers those who repent, and we encourage people to keep fighting on as disciples.

"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 JOHN 1:9).

A few years ago it was made public that sin had occurred within the leadership of the church. In the opinion of the senior elders of Christian Assemblies International this was dealt with scripturally, with the necessary discretion, and by allowing biblical restitution. Unfortunately however, a number of brethren with different opinions decided to leave the fellowship over the issue. Some of these former brethren, despite their own sins never having been exposed to others, are still using the incident to attack the church implacably, trying to indiscreetly ‘expose sin’ in a judgmental way, regardless of the harm caused. While we miss these former members, we are also aware that the Bible speaks of such behaviour:

"They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us" (1 JOHN 2:19).

"Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them" (ACTS 20:30).

At the same time we are praying sincerely that many will be restored to the fellowship into which God had saved them. Meanwhile and by the grace of God, we continue to carry out our mission on this earth to save the lost and dying, making disciples and trying to teach all things that Jesus our Lord “has commanded us”.

"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen" (MATTHEW 28:19-20).

With Sincere Appreciation

We would like to acknowledge the immense contribution made over the years by those faithful brethren who have made this website possible. The work started in the "Pentecost Revival Centre" in the late 1960’s with the accumulation of biblical teaching and knowledge, now represented on this site. Computers were introduced in the late 1980’s to aid in communication within the growing work, at this stage known as the "Revival Centres International" in Germany.

Our first working website came into being in the year 2001 (by which time we were known as "Christian Assemblies International"), which led to the website that is now available throughout the world and has undergone a major update at the beginning of 2008. There are literally hundreds of brethren in the church who have contributed, so we cannot name them all, but the following brethren deserve particular praise for their work in furthering the Kingdom of God and the spreading of the Gospel through this website:

Pastor Jim K, Chris B, Tony G - Roland M, Hauke M, Jochen G, Mark P - Marty T, Fletch, Craig B, Josh M, Sylvain R, Melissa M, Armin R, Vy L, Mike F, Ralf L, Steve F, Berty S - Neil McA, John W, Pastor Fraser C, William D, Richy M, Peter M, Pastor Lars F and Pastor Michy W.
