Christian Pentecostal Church Group in Coffs Harbour - Australia
Welcome to Coffs Harbour!
We have two house groups in the Coffs Harbour area. We gather regularly in our members’ homes in Coffs Harbour, Toormina and Upper Orara.
We are part of a Pentecostal (Spirit-filled) church with groups in various cities across Australasia, the USA, Europe and South Africa. Even amongst our group here in Coffs Harbour six different nationalities are represented!
In the warmer months you may see some of us on a Sunday playing a round of cricket with the kids at the Jetty or one of the other beaches in the Coffs Harbour area, while the others enjoy a nice swim in the surf or just have some good fellowship in one of the BBQ shelters. This is often followed by a nice BBQ and a time of singing choruses and sharing what God has done in our lives.
During the winter months when it’s too cold to meet outside, we take turns meeting in each other’s houses where we spend time learning about the Word of God and share a meal together afterwards.
Every 4-6 weeks we are joined by other groups from Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra and sometimes also Melbourne and Adelaide. On Saturdays we tend to do some practical work together, which is often followed by the men and ladies getting together for some fellowship. Depending on the weather we then meet on Sundays either at a local beach or in a local hall for some good fellowship and a fiery Christian meeting.
Our meetings are quite informal and hopefully welcoming for guests; our church is based on personal involvement and by coming along you can meet people who have had real experiences with God, and who perhaps can help you with any personal questions you may have. We also have a lot of great Christian teaching – books, DVDs and articles – for those seeking answers on a variety of subjects pertaining to the Bible and Christian life, and will be happy to share these with you.
We are always happy to have guests, so if you are in the Coffs Harbour area and are keen to find out more about God, Christianity, the Bible, need healing or to be set free from any kind of oppression, do come along and visit us. Whether you’d like to come to one of our meetings (Wednesdays at 7.00 pm, Sundays at 1.45 pm), or prefer to meet up with a couple of us in town at a coffee shop, we are happy to oblige. Please feel free to contact us on email@example.com.
Some of us have testimonies posted on our website so if you’d like to “meet” some of our members have a look at the links below:
